The main goal of this initiative is to empower women and adolescents by providing them with the skills and capacity to stand on their own two feet and to support the national and local economies. Enhancing the financial capacity of women and young people is one of the specific goals, since it enables them to meet the fundamental requirements of their families, such as educating their kids, with a primary focus on girls.

Additionally, provide adolescents and women with vocational training to raise their socioeconomic standing and guarantee the abolition of all forms of violence against them by allowing them to fully participate in the social and economic spheres at all levels. The project's main operations include teaching women and youth entrepreneurial skills, vocational skills including tailoring, baking, carpentry, and producing liquid soap, as well as developing a learning center and giving kids sports equipment to promote harmony between them.
